You cannot return products purchased in store to the warehouse. Products must be returned to a Clarks store. The details of your nearest store can be found using our Store Locator.
Please note, purchases made in Full Price stores cannot be returned to an Outlet and Outlet purchases cannot be returned to Full Price stores.
